The Slowly Shrinking Me

I would like to share an update on how my nutrition program is going.  I am very excited to announce that I am seeing fabulous results.

  • Bust 45.5 (- .5)
  • Waist 44 (-2.5)
  • Hips 50 (-1)
  • Thigh 25.5 (-2.5, now the size of my waist in highschool)
  • Arms 14.75 (-1)


These are the results after two months of relatively sticking to the program.  It is not happening overnight, but when it comes on slow it is more likely to stay off.  I am still struggling with my food issues and the mental illness, but as long as I keep moving forward at least one step each day I am successful.
